Kristine Benum Braanen is a teacher and paper artist based in Oslo, Norway. She loves to travel, and has set herself a goal to visit more countries than years that she has lived. Kristine finds inspiration in the little every day things, arcitecthure, patterns, travelling, nature and geometry. She loves finding the unintended beauty and balanse in both her work and her surroundings.

Most of Kristine´s work is cut free hand within bigger shape outlines. She never uses computer sketchers or rulers and loves the freedom and dynamics of creating freehand.
